AAC Capital sluit deal met Gardendreams

30 augustus 2019 – AAC Capital en het management van Outdoor Living Group (OLG), de houdstermaatschappij van Verasol, hebben vandaag de overname bekend gemaakt van Gardendreams, een internationale producent van veranda’s en tuinkamers. Lexence heeft de verkoper bijgestaan in verband met de verkoop van Gardendreams.

Gardendreams gaat functioneren als een zelfstandige dochteronderneming onder OLG, naast Verasol dat in juni 2017 werd overgenomen door AAC Capital en management. In 2018 heeft Gardendreams een omzet van EUR 17 miljoen behaald met circa 71 werknemers. Het hoofdkantoor en de productiefaciliteiten bevinden zich in Emsbüren, Duitsland. Op maat gemaakte eindproducten worden geleverd via een sterk en divers dealernetwerk, voornamelijk in Duitsland en Nederland.

Met deze acquisitie neemt de omzet van OLG toe tot meer dan EUR 50 miljoen en daarmee is OLG de grootste producent van residentiële veranda’s, tuinkamers, glasschuifwandsystemen, schuttingen en carports in Duitsland en Nederland.
