Assai Software Services acquired by Vortex Capital Partners

January 21, 2020, the shareholders of Assai Software Services, a Dutch document management software company, announced the agreement to partner with Vortex Capital Partners, a Dutch private equity firm with a focus on growth stage and technology-driven businesses.

Assai was founded in 1990 and developed from an Oracle oriented consultancy firm into a provider of a software system for document management and document control for the engineering and construction industries with clients worldwide.

In Vortex, Assai found a valuable partner with a wealth of experience in successfully supporting technology-driven companies. The addition of Vortex to the shareholder base will certainly enable the Company to accelerate its ambitious growth strategy and support Assai during further international expansion.
