IT service provider Cognizant acquires digital agency Mirabeau

January 2, 2017 – Cognizant has signed an agreement for the takeover of Mirabeau, a Dutch agency for digital marketing and customer experience. With this acquisition, Cognizant significantly expands its expertise in the area of digital marketing in Europe. Lexence has assisted the shareholders in the sale of Mirabeau Holding, the holding company of Mirabeau, to Cognizant. Adjan Kodde, founder and managing director of Mirabeau: “By merging, we can be of even better service in helping our clients be successful online and we increase our strength both in the Netherlands and beyond.”
