February 8, 2022 – Lexence advised sellers with the sale of NTOC to Inomed Technology. NTOC, headquartered in Oss, is a leading niche company in the development and manufacture of decontamination, sterilisation and transport cassettes for surgical instruments and other medical devices.
Inomed Technology, based in Switzerland, is one of the European leaders in the design and manufacture of customised sterilisation trays for orthopaedic, trauma and spinal devices. With the acquisition of NTOC, Inomed sees an opportunity to leverage their combined product offerings and cement their status as the leading player in Europe.
