Lexence advised the shareholders of DVK Media Holding B.V. on the sale of their shares to Noordhoff Zorg.

Antea sold its stake in DVK Media Group, the parent company of Prelum, to Noordhoff Zorg. This organisation is part of Infinitas Learning, a leading European provider of educational solutions. The acquisition strengthens Noordhoff Zorg’s position as market leader in continuing education and learning platforms for healthcare professionals.
