Lexence advised Waterland Private Equity on its acquisition of NFP Group.
Lexence advised Waterland on the acquisition of Nationale Projecten Holding B.V. and its subsidiaries (NFP Groep). NFP Groep supports companies and institutions in the field of tax-advantaged employee benefits, and is a major player in the Netherlands in the field of leased bicycles. A fast-growing company in the Northern Netherlands with an annual turnover of around €100 mln, NFP Groep won the FD Gazellen Award several times. Besides the ‘bicycle of the company’ via the working expenses scheme, NFP Groep also offers other staff extras such as gym memberships, computers, mobile phones and home office equipment.
