Lexence advises Standard Investment on acquisition of stake in Ampelmann
Investment company Standard Investment and the management team led by founder and CEO Jan van der Tempel intend to acquire offshore access specialist Ampelmann from investment company IK. The transaction is subject to the completion of the consultation process with the works council.
Ampelmann develops and supplies motion-compensated gangways – innovative walkways that provide safe access to offshore installations such as wind turbines and oil and gas platforms.
