Lexence advising Swegon Group AB on the purchase of HC Groep.
With the acquisition of HC Groep, Swegon returns to the Netherlands, the country where HC Groep is now known as the market leader in indoor climate technology. HC Groep will continue to operate under its own name and current management in the Dutch market. The company was founded in 1995 and has 386 employees, with its headquarters and production facility in Waalwijk.
The Lexence team consisted of Diederick de Boer, Lout Rosenberg, and Max de Vreede.
