Vipio is a company engaged in an electronic marketplace offering special overnight stays. NOM is a regional investment and development company whose aim is to strengthen the economy in the northern Netherlands. It does this by investing in companies and supporting entrepreneurs in their growth plans. NOM wishes to participate in the share capital of Vipio.
