Lexence has advised Den Hartogh Holding B.V. on their strategic acquisition of all shares in the capital of H&S Group B.V. Den Hartogh Holding B.V., an expert in global transportation for the chemical, gas, and food industries, is expanding its service offering with the acquisition of H&S Group B.V., a company specialising in European liquid food transportation. H&S becomes Den Hartogh’s fifth business unit, alongside its existing Liquid, Gas, Global and Dry Bulk business units. By expanding its service offering, Den Hartogh strengthens its global market position as a leading logistics service provider.
