Lexence has advised H2 Equity Partners with its acquisition of P&D Group. As part hereof, MKB Fonds sold its stake. This transaction marks the largest deal ever for MKB Fonds. The acquisition represents an important step in the continued growth and development of P&D Group.

With a revenue of over EUR 60 million and 200 employees, P&D Group is a leading player in the Dutch packaging sector. The company focuses on the sale and distribution of packaging materials, packaging machines, and disposable products. Since its incorporation, P&D Group has experienced impressive growth, thanks in part to an active and successful buy-and-build strategy. The company has acquired several brands in the packaging industry, including Hodi Verpakkingsmaterialen, Pacoma Europe, Van Vliet Trading, Uniek Verpakkingen and Laro Tape.
