Lexence has assisted ICT Group on its acquisition of Strypes Netherlands
April 7, 2021 – A team of Lexence, consisting of Joost Kolkman, Geoffrey van der Hauw and Annejet Balm, has assisted ICT Group on its acquisition of Strypes Nederland. Strypes is a service provider in the field of technical and industrial automation. The company mainly operates in the transport and infrastructure market and is also active in the Life Sciences, High Tech, Industry and Utilities markets. With the acquisition of Strypes, ICT strengthens its position in the Infrastructure market in the Netherlands in terms of scale, products and additional expertise. Strypes has a subsidiary in Portugal, which provides ICT with a new nearshoring location.
