May 30, 2022 – Lexence has assisted the shareholders of Ambi Pack B.V. in the sale of Ambi Pack to Naturacare Group. Ambi Pack develops and manufactures food supplements, medical devices, cosmetics and food products for brand and retailers in Northern Europe. The company is known for its medical device certification, outstanding quality, customer relationship and short lead times. Naturacare is a European producer of food supplements and continues its European buy & build strategy with the acquisition of Ambi Pack in the Netherlands. The acquisition is the next step in the strategy to become a European, full-service, one-stop-shop CDMO.
