Lexence has assisted Waterland Private Equity Investments in the sale of Heliox to Siemens.
Heliox is a Netherlands-based technology leader in DC fast charging solutions for eBus and eTruck fleets and passenger vehicles. The acquisition complements Siemens’ existing eMobility charging portfolio, adding products and solutions ranging from 40 kilowatts (kW) to megawatt charging solutions for depots and on-the-go charging. Heliox’s portfolio also expands Siemens’ market reach, mainly in Europe and North America, while enhancing its power electronics capabilities. Heliox’s mobile, scalable and parallel charging solutions will enable Siemens to better serve these markets.
