Lexence has assisted Waterland Private Equity on the acquisition of Aliter Networks
August 8, 2022 – Lexence has assisted Waterland Private Equity on the acquisition of Aliter Networks.
Aliter Networks will be, together with Maxicom IT Distribution, part of the Circular IT Group. The group offers customers a sustainable solution to their IT issues, through a refurbished hardware proposition combined with additional services.
With support from investor Waterland, the group has the ambition to grow to more than 300 million euros in turnover in the circular IT domain in the coming years.
