Life & Mobility acquired by Synergia Capital Partners
July 21, 2016 – Lexence acted for Synergia Capital Partners, an independent investment company, in its acquisition (LBO) of all the outstanding shares in the capital of Life & Mobility Holding B.V. Life & Mobility is a creative, innovative Dutch manufacturer of wheelchairs and mobility scooters. All the activities are focused on helping people with a functional limitation to maximise their potential to participate in social life. With Synergia as a shareholder, Life & Mobility shall aim for an increase in growth towards becoming a prominent participant in the European markets. Life & Mobilty has offices in the Netherlands and Belgium and has around 110 employees with a annual turnover of € 30 million.
