MOL Chemical Tankers acquires stake in Den Harthogh

March 26, 2019 – Den Hartogh Logistics and MOL Chemical Tankers Pte. Ltd. in Singapore (MOLCT) announced a strategic partnership to jointly develop and streamline liquid chemical logistics services utilizing tank containers, parcel chemical tankers and tank terminals. Lexence has advised Den Hartogh with the acquisition.

MOL Chemical Tankers is one of the global leaders in ocean transport. The company specializes in chemical parcel tankers for bulk liquid chemicals, vegetable oil and animal fats.
