Royal A-ware acquired Prika from Value8

January 19, 2017 – The family company Royal A-ware acquired Prika, a producer of cheese ingredients, from Value8. With this acquisition, Royal A-ware is able to produce in-house cheese ingredients like cheese powder for its customers in the food industry. Producing cheese powder is a natural extension of the services of Royal A-ware, which specializes in the production, aging, cutting and packaging of cheese and other fresh food products. Lexence assisted Royal A-ware in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the shares from Prika.
