Waterland invests in Ad Ultima Group and Pylades

September 4, 2019 – Investeerder Waterland investeert in IT-bedrijven Ad Ultima Group en Pylades en brengt deze samen tot één organisatie. Doel is een Europese groep te formeren die zich toelegt op het installeren van bedrijfssoftware van Microsoft. Lexence heeft Waterland geassisteerd bij de overname van Pylades B.V.

Waterland zal als strategische partner de groei helpen versnellen, zowel organisch als via een internationale ‘buy & build’ strategie. Ad Ultima Group en Pylades zijn beide specialist in de implementatie van business software. Beide bedrijven vullen elkaar aan op vele vlakken. Ad Ultima heeft een sterke positie in België, een groeiende activiteit in Frankrijk, maar een beperkte aanwezigheid in Nederland. Pylades is al meer dan 30 jaar actief in Nederland met een leidende positie in enkele specifieke sectoren met zowel nationale als internationale klanten. De bedrijven zijn voorloper in het helpen van klanten in hun digitale transformatietraject met een sterke focus op cloudtoepassingen. Samen met Waterland wil de groep haar positie verder versterken in de thuismarkten, alsook de internationale aanwezigheid uitbreiden.
