About Anne
Anne Smit Sibinga specialises in corporate law, in particular mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance advice. She advises national and international companies and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and various corporate law issues.
Anne has been with Lexence since 2023. She received her bachelor’s degree in Law and her master’s degree in Private Law at the University of Amsterdam. Anne was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2023.
