About Wouter
Wouter Koppejan specialises in corporate law, in particular mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance advice. He advises national and international companies and private equity investors on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring and various corporate law issues.
Wouter has been with Lexence since 2021. He received a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in corporate law in 2021, both from Radboud University Nijmegen.
