Lexence advised Expandable Healthcare B.V. on its merger with JMP Medical
Lexence has assisted Expandable Healthcare in its merger with JMP Medical. Both parties are manufacturers of mobile medical solutions and modular medical buildings. The company will be based in Ostrów Wielkopolski, Poland, where its manufacturing facility and R&D centre are located, and will retain a manufacturing and engineering hub in Eersel, the Netherlands, where Expandable Healthcare is based.
